The Operative Treatment by Keratoconus and by Keratoglobus

It was described operative treatment by cases with keratoconus and by keratoglobus. By keratoconus was aplied the operation after Sato— Cavka and with very good result. The modification of Satos operation by Cavka consisted not only in the performance of external keratotomies after Sato, but also it was performed internal and semi-circular keratotomies.
By cases with keratoglobus it was emphasised, that is very important to preserve the eye with keratoglobus of great danger from the perforation of comea.
Author proposed new operating method with the performance of the auto-keratoplasty in the cases with keratoglobus. This operative method was applied in one case with bilateral keratoglobus on the left eye and with good result.
