Abstract

The examination of optic channels is very important in all cases, in which was stated the tumour of fasciculus opticus or of orbita. In this paper it was described at first the physiological elanges of optic channels and by these cases it was found the tubercula, septa and irregularity of aperture of the optic channel. In pathological cases we have stated dilatation of the foramen, sclerosis and decalcination of the border of optic channel and destruction of the foramen.
