New Operating Methode With Biopsy by Differential Diagnosis Between Pseudoglioma and Malignant Glioma

Abstract

It was described new operating method of “sclerotomia posterior” and through the hole of sclera, chorioidea and retina was possible with the spoon to take tumoral tissue for the biopsy. By these performed operation and after pathohistological examination we was in possibility to determinate exactly what kind of pathological process was in the eye. It was finally very important in the sense of therapy to establish if it one malignant process or not in the operated eye was. We have here published two case and in one case was pseudoglioma or endophthalmitis chronica stated in other one retinoblastoma. Ali two case are children in the age of two years.
