Histaminic Asthma of Mice

It was showed that it was possible to provoke asthmatic respiration by inhalation of histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, or bradykinine in mice treated with adrenergic beta blockers (Ko 592, proprarranol), the substances which sensitize mice for histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine Asthma provoked in this way could be abolished with specific inhibitors. It has been discussed about the importance of these findings.
