Abstract

U radu su prikazane specifične bubrežne promjene u naj karakterističnijim sistemnim bolestima. Sistemne bolesti su podijeljive u četiri grupe: a) bolesti vezivnog tkiva; b) infekcije; c) metabolički poremećaji i d) oboljenja hematopoetskog sistema i neoplazme. Bubrežne lezije u sistemnim bolestima mogu biti uslovljene odlaganjem imunih reaktanata na strukturama bubrega (lupus nefritis), biokemijskim promjenama bazalne membrane glomerula (dijabetična nefropatija), taloženjem proteinskih molekula uslijed različitih elektrostatskih potencijala (nefropatija lakih lanaca), promjena krvnih sudova bubrega (sistemna skleroza) i dr. Istraživanje mehanizama renalnih lezija u sistemnim bolestima doprinosi i rasvjetljavanju patogenetskih mehanizama glomerulonefritisa i boljem razumijevanju osnovne bolesti.
