Different Influence of Anticholinesterase Poissons Given on Serose or Mucose Side of Isolated Innervated Stomach

Spastic poisons applied on serose side of isolated rat's stomach produce the increase of the effect of cholinergic nerves stimulation. Vice versa the anticholinesterases applied on mucose side do not have spastic effect but even produce relaxation. It is suggested that the receptor for excitatory reaction could be near the serose and the receptors for relaxation near mucose. The mucose and other parts of wall of the rats stomach are impermeable for vegetative poisons in vitro.
