Abstract

The authors established by the cup plate and bioautographic method by aid of E. coli 113-3, L. monocytogenes, B. cereus and Candida sp. the presence of Bi2-active substances in the mould’s extracts (Rhizopus oryzae, Aspergillus flavus, Fusarium graminearum, Acremoniella atra, Alternaria sp.). By the bioautographic method with n-butanol as dissolvent several zones of grow of test rnicroorganisms were obtained in the beginning of the movement of dissolvent and with sec. butanol two zones of growth with Rf = 0,68 and Rf — 0,72. Zones of growth of test rnicroorganisms by the cup plate method were of different intensity, because the influence of this substances is probably summed. L. monocytogenes, B. cereus and Candida sp. are more sensitive to Bi2-active substances than E. coli 113-3. This examination was a new contribution also in further interpretation of the mould’s role in the pathogenesis of listeriosis in sheep, since they could be made the favourable conditions for the maintaining and multiplying of L. monocytogenes in the contaminated plant’s food. Seemingly, this substance could influence on the virulence of some bacteria and consequently on the manifestation of the secondary infections by mycotoxicosis.
