Abstract

An apparent “triphasic” t-wave wasseen in a 59-year-old man upon admissionto the intensive care unit. Th e physicianwas called to identify the changein rhythm (Panel A). Th e exam wasunremarkable and the patient remainedhemodynamically stable.
