Abstract

5 different pharmacologic groups capable of decreasing or increasing transmitter substances an organism (noradrenalin, adrenalin, serotonin, histamine, acetylcholine) were examined, besides amino acids glycine and GABA were also examined. These substances were administrated to mice with carcinoma, sarcoma or leukaemia it was shown that there is probably correlation between the quantity of adrenaline and growth of tumour. It was also shown that glycine inhibits growth of some malignant tumours.
