Histophysiological researches of thyroid gland, parathyroid, and suprarenal glands, as well as altered lymph nodes in course of haemorrhagic syndrome of cattle at gravide and not-gravide cows from strumous regions poor in phosphorus, have been done.
It is found out thyroid hypofunction beside the hyperplasia of parafolic cells responsible for secretion of thyrocalcitonin, then parathyroid gland hyperfunction with accession of mastocytes (labrocytes) as the bearers of heparin which takes part with thyrocalcitonin in regulation of blood minerals as well as in anticoagulation activity.
In suprarenal glands it is found out hyperplasia of glomerulus zone as tissue which takes part in regulation of electrolyte.
These preliminary researches want further many-sided elaboration.
