Assist. Prof. Glamočlija is a graduate of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Pharmacy (2007). She obtained her first PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Pharmacy (2017) and her second PhD in Genetics and Bioengineering at the International University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences (2019). She finished postdoctoral training at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana.

She was involved in the project aimed at in silico and in vitro evaluation of potential biomarkers in COVID-19 with the focus on immune response against SARS-CoV-2.

She received additional trainings in Bioinformatics, Statistics and Data Science, Science Communication and Public Engagement, Medical Writing, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Flow cytometry, Chromatography, Fluorescence Microscopy and Pharmacovigilance. She has been an assistant professor of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Pharmacy (since 2019) and Head of the Scientific-Research Unit in Bosnalijek JSC (since 2018).

She has more than ten years of experience in industrial and academic settings.

Her research interests are preclinical and clinical drug development, biotechnology, medicinal chemistry and immunology.

She has more than ten scientific articles, more than ten congress communications, one book and one patent application. She is a reviewer in several international journals.
